"Comeback" is back

I guess you could say I was being pessimistic when I deleted this blog. I didn't believe the NBA lockout was going to end. However, the owners and players somehow fixed their issues and the NBA 2011-2012 season will commence on Christmas day. So, I have revived my blog on the Cleveland Cavaliers and their beginning of a new era without the King. Yes I know they had a season without him last year, but this is their first real chance to rebuild. Antawn Jamison is by far the leader for this Cavs team, with the #1 overall pick Kyrie Irving looking to take over and become Cleveland's next big thing. In their preseason match-ups with Detroit, Irving had a good showing, averaging 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists off the bench. Tristan Thompson also did well off the bench, averaging 8 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Cleveland opens up against Toronto on Monday. I'm predicting a fast paced game as these are both young teams. Kyrie will rack up 20+ points, 5+ assists and 5+ rebounds in the Cavs win. 97-90
